Conditions of Entry
1. Open to all professional designers and enthusiasts (including artists, designers, teachers and students).
2. Allow to participate as an individual or group.
3. Accepts no application fee.
The theme for KDC 2018 is “Keep Faith”.
The KDC International Diamond Jewelry Design Competition is organized by Shanghai Kimberlite Diamond Group. The objective for this year’s competition is to search for jewelry designers and enthusiasts to collect the most brilliant and outstanding design ideas of the theme “Keep Faith”.
The theme for KDC 2018 is “Keep Faith”. Exploring the unknown, breaking bondage, pursuing the original voice within, is what we called belief, just as diamonds.
Diamond is the hardest natural material characterized by flawless, unique and brilliance as well as one’s belief. Strong belief could achieve fearlessness, confidence, ingenuity and generosity.

1．All collected data will be kept strictly confidential during the review process.
2．The professional jury of the competition selects the finalists based on the principles of creativity, uniqueness, ergonomics, etc., adhering to the principle of fairness and justice.
3．The right to interpret the final selection results is officially owned by the competition with no disputation.

The application form with entries must be submitted to kdc2018@kimberlite.com.cn before January 1, 2019 (CST). All applicants must download the application form at www.kdcawards.com

1. The design and concept of entries must not be involved in any plagiarism or infringement of copyright and other laws.
2. All entries must be original design. The organizer will not be held responsible for infringement of copyright or patent law regarding the entries.
- Condition of Rules
1. Contestants can submit more than one entries.
2. All entries are required to use round brilliant cut white diamonds as the only material with PT950 or AU750; the organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the criteria outlined or falsify information.
3. The entries can be produced by hand sketch or with any kind of computer software.
4. The entries have the restriction of using fancy color diamond.
5. All entries have no restriction on style, design or choice of jewelry item.
6. The size of each entries must be A3 size (297mm*420mm) in JPG or TIFF.
7. There are no admission fees.
